Self-testing addressable audible/visible notification
The Simplex 49AV series TrueAlert ES appliances combine a horn with a synchronized multi-candela strobe, individually addressable and controlled over IDNAC notification circuits from Simplex ES panels. Strobe intensity is programmable from the control unit or jumper-selectable at 15, 30, 75, 110, 135 or 185 cd with a synchronized 1 Hz flash. Self-Test and Magnet Test features allow appliance operation to be confirmed without leaving the control unit, with test history stored for compliance reporting. Appliances automatically synchronize across the control unit and network loop.
