1. About these terms

Safety Shops is the fire, life safety and industrial equipment website of Galaxy Solution - F.Z.C in the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to browsing safetyshops.ae, submitting enquiries and requesting quotations. Our current business contact details appear below. The legal supplier and any applicable trade licence and tax registration details are identified on your quotation or invoice.

Please read these terms together with our Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Cancellations & Returns Policy. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. A specific written quotation may add commercial terms; it cannot remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. If acting for a business, you must have authority to commit that business. Supply accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security, submit unlawful material or place fraudulent orders. Protect any account credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.

3. Product information and safety

Check the exact model, part number, specifications, condition and compatibility before ordering. Images may illustrate a product range; the confirmed product description and agreed specification define what we supply. Tell us about a material discrepancy so we can clarify it before you purchase.

Fire and life safety equipment must be selected, installed, commissioned and maintained by competent persons in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable local requirements. A listing or brand name does not by itself establish authorised distributor status or Civil Defence approval. Request any project-specific certification or approval before accepting a quotation.

4. Quotations and trading enquiries

Product enquiries, wholesale quantities, project supply and UAE or international orders are handled through written quotations. Use Add to quote to select products and quantities and send a request to our team. Website listings and an enquiry alone do not reserve stock or create a supply contract.

Our Terms of Sale explain pricing, payment, order acceptance and delivery. Our Cancellations & Returns Policy explains cancellation requests, product problems and refunds. Keep copies of your order confirmation, invoice, payment record and the terms applicable when ordering.

5. Website content and external services

Website design, text and other original materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Manufacturer names, trademarks, images and documents belong to their respective owners. You may use product information for evaluating a purchase; obtain permission before reproducing protected content for other commercial purposes.

Links to manufacturer documents, WhatsApp, maps and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content.

6. Responsibility and service availability

We take reasonable care with the website but cannot promise continuous availability. Where an error materially affects an order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancellation and an appropriate refund. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by website outages, misuse or external services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability, product remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. UAE law and dispute resolution

These terms and transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Contact us first with any complaint so that we can work towards a resolution. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent UAE courts, including Dubai courts where they have jurisdiction, or the relevant consumer protection authority.

Applicable UAE consumer protection, modern technology-based trade and personal data protection requirements take precedence over inconsistent policy wording. No provision requires you to waive a statutory remedy or complaint procedure.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and update date. Changes apply to future use and orders and do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without agreement or a legal requirement. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
