1. Quotation-based orders

Safety Shops accepts product, trade, project and international supply enquiries through written quotations. Select products and quantities using Add to quote or contact our team with your requirements. A quotation specifies the supplier, products, quantities, price, validity and agreed commercial terms.

Read these terms together with the Terms & Conditions and Cancellations & Returns Policy before accepting a quotation. Quotation-specific terms apply where agreed in writing, subject to mandatory law. Submitting an RFQ alone is not a purchase or payment authorisation.

2. Prices, VAT and other charges

For online Shop purchases, choose the required specification and quantity. Minimum quantities and pack sizes appear on the product page. Shop prices are before VAT. Cart and checkout show 5% UAE VAT as a separate amount. Standard city delivery is AED 40 for Dubai/Sharjah and AED 60 for the other five emirates, before VAT, per order. Select your delivery emirate at checkout to see the complete total before Stripe payment. Remote or oversized deliveries need confirmation.

Catalogue prices are displayed in the stated currency and are indicative unless confirmed in a written quotation. Our quotation states the final price, currency, VAT treatment and applicable charges. Review the agreed total before making a payment. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or banking fees.

Any applicable delivery, documentation or other charge must be disclosed before accepting the quotation. For overseas trade orders, responsibility for import duties and local charges must be agreed before acceptance.

3. Payment and order acceptance

Payment methods and instructions are confirmed with your quotation or invoice. Supply accurate billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Verify payment instructions through our published contact details if uncertain, and save your confirmation and receipt.

Final supply remains subject to verification of stock, payment and lawful fulfilment. We will communicate a supply problem or material error and obtain your agreement to a changed order or provide an appropriate cancellation and refund. We will not increase the price after payment without your agreement.

For quotation orders, acceptance, deposits, balance payments and any credit arrangements are as stated in the written quotation or accepted order. An enquiry or purchase-order submission is not acceptance by us until we confirm it. Orders may be declined where payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected or supply is legally restricted.

4. Availability and delivery

UAE and international catalogue enquiries are welcome. Shipping feasibility, restrictions, documentation, insurance and delivery terms require confirmation for each quotation. Stock and expected dispatch or delivery dates are confirmed for the order; website estimates are not a guaranteed delivery appointment.

Provide an accessible, accurate address and a reachable telephone number. Contact us about a missed delivery or material delay. We will discuss the available options, including any cancellation or refund required by law. Inspect the supplied goods and promptly report damage, missing items or a mismatch.

5. Specifications, approvals and warranties

Confirm product models, ratings, sizes and compatibility with your project before purchasing. Supply certifications, Civil Defence approvals, conformity documents and commissioning or installation services must be expressly confirmed if required. Product supply alone does not include installation, commissioning, maintenance or an authority approval.

Any manufacturer or supplier warranty and claim process is described in the product documentation or written order terms. Retain the invoice, model and serial number where available. Warranty exclusions for misuse or unsuitable installation do not remove a statutory remedy for an inherent defect or supply error.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Cancellations & Returns Policy sets out how to request a cancellation, report a problem and arrange an eligible return. Additional terms for a special procurement or customised order must be disclosed before acceptance. Statutory remedies take precedence over any conflicting restriction.

7. Governing law and records

Sales are governed by UAE law and applicable Dubai law, with disputes handled by the competent UAE courts or relevant authority. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protection. Keep the quotation, order confirmation, invoice, payment record and applicable policy version for your records. Later website updates do not retrospectively change an accepted order.
