NAFFCO Oblique Landing Valve (Flanged Inlet)
BS 5041 wet riser landing valve, Kitemark approved
NAFFCO oblique landing valves are installed on wet risers in buildings and are suitable for nominal inlet pressures up to 15 bar, with a body test pressure of 22.5 bar. The valve body, bonnet and blank cap are high-quality copper alloy to EN 1982, while the hand wheel is grey cast iron to BS EN 1561, painted black on a red body. The delivery hose connection and blank cap comply with BS 336:2010, and the design is manufactured to BS 5041 Part 1. A replaceable disc facing and a gland seal that can be changed under pressure simplify maintenance, and a strap and padlock secure the hand wheel against unauthorized use.
