Each relay can be programmed for either normally open or normally closed operation, with no need for end-of-line supervision. The module is ideal for controlling doors, fans, elevators, or other building systems in response to alarm or supervisory signals. It uses a single SLC address for the first relay and automatically assigns the next five sequential addresses to the remaining relays. Up to three unused relays may be disabled when not needed. The XP6-R integrates green, panel-controlled LED indicators per relay to show real-time activation status. Rotary switches are used to assign the base address. Installation is flexible: the module can be mounted in BB-XP cabinets or on CHS-6 chassis in CAB-3, CAB-4, or BB-25 enclosures. Terminal blocks support 12 to 18 AWG wiring and are removable for ease of maintenance.
