Each module supports six Class B (or three Class A) initiating device circuits, making it suitable for retrofits or hybrid systems where existing conventional devices are retained. All circuits operate via a common signaling line circuit (SLC) and share a supervised external power supply and ground, ensuring unified status reporting and reliable supervision. The XP6-MA reports three status conditions—normal, open, and alarm—for each detection zone, and features panel-controlled bicolor LEDs for visual indication per point. Up to two unused circuits can be selectively disabled, and addressing is done via rotary switches for easy configuration. Installation is flexible, supporting mounting in BB-XP, CHS-6 chassis, or CAB/EQ cabinet series. All terminal blocks are removable for quick wiring, and the unit is compatible with FlashScan or CLIP operation modes.
